Today we were greatly blessed when Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Abec and their lovely daughters and friends came into our Home with a special surprise for our Residents. Pat’s daughters helped by hand delivering beautiful sunflowers to each Resident with a big smile.
Pat said that he started “Sunflowers for Seniors” as a way for his family to help brighten the lives of the elderly. This year he plans on going to 9 nursing homes around the greater Toledo area and delivering sunflowers that his family grows. What a wonderful act of kindness that helps to brighten the lives of the elderly.
