The Knights of St. Francis de Sales high school attained their goal again this year, by donating over 800 boxes of Kleenex tissues for our Residents here at the Sacred Heart Home. Each student of the school was asked to bring in a box of Kleenex for their annual Lenten collection. The students have been doing this collection as part of their campus ministry during Lent for the past five years. They really enjoyed talking with our Sisters when they loaded up our collecting van from top to bottom. The Sisters were so excited to receive this large donation, a whole year’s supply of Kleenex for our Residents!
The Sisters and our Residents wish to express their sincere thanks to the students and parents of the St. Francis de Sales community for this thoughtful and much appreciated donation.
