Yesterday the Home was brought to life by Kindergarten students from All Saints School in Rossford, Ohio. The halls of the Home and auditorium were a-buzz with the sounds of little ones laughing, singing, and having a great time with the Residents.
22 All Saints kindergarten students, their teacher Christine Erhardt, and 7 parent chaperones came to visit the Residents and work on a craft project. The students enjoyed a story time with the Residents, fun sing a longs, and making a craft. They made a birdfeeder using a bagel, peanut butter and some birdseed. After making their birdfeeders, they went outside with the Residents and hung them up for the wildlife to enjoy. Everyone had a great time and the youngsters all said they want to come back soon and see us again!
One of the parents, Sue Bruning, wrote an email thank you back to us with a web link to pictures she had taken of the outing. Her photos and a short video can be viewed here.
