The Toledo Kennel Club recently came to our Home and held a dog show for our Residents. They showed off a variety of breeds represented by 7 different dogs. The dog’s owners gave demonstrations of obedience training with their dogs by using only gestures and were able to put the dogs through their paces. While this was a “mini dog show” by Toledo Kennel Club standards, as they usually put on two all-breed dog show each year with an average of 1,600 dogs represented, it was still a lot of fun. Our Residents really enjoyed interacting with the dogs and their owners.
