Our Holy Father, Pope Francis, has proclaimed 2015 a Year of Consecrated Life, starting on the first Sunday of Advent this year, and ending on February 2, 2016, the World Day of Consecrated Life. Its purpose is to “make a grateful remembrance of the recent past” while embracing “the future with hope.” It is our hope that the prayers and events of this special year will bear fruit with more young people considering the beautiful vocation of religious life.
