Recently the young ladies of St. Ursula Academy and young gentlemen of St. Francis de Sales High School each collected needed supplies for our Residence as part of a Lenten service project at their schools.
The “Arrows” of St. Ursula collected in a wide variety of toiletries and paper products for our Residents. They conducted their collection during the past two weeks and involved their Ursuline Junior Academy of 7th- 8th grade girls to help out.
The “Knights” at St. Francis de Sales high school conducted their 3rd annual “Great Blowout for the Little Sisters” and collected a record number of Kleenex Boxes for our Residents. This year’s collection filled our entire collecting van and greatly pleased the Sisters.
We thank these two Catholic high schools for their thoughtful collection on behalf of those less fortunate. The Little Sisters greatly appreciate their care for the aged.
